Rebecca Pointer is a licensed Texas Realtor® that serves the East Texas community. After 8 years in retail management, Rebecca made the move to real estate in 2021, with the hopes of better connecting with her community, serving time in ministry, spending more time with her family, and fueling her dream and passion for real estate. Growing up close to the coast in Dickinson, TX, Rebecca spent as much time as she could at the beach where her father taught her family to surf. She said a bittersweet goodbye to the waves and moved to the Pineywoods to be closer to family in 2014, where she currently resides with her husband, Bryan and her son, Nathan. She has two beautiful bonus daughters, Brooklyn and Claire. If she is not selling real estate, you can find her hanging with her family, gardening or watching birds in her backyard. Rebecca has experience with first time and experienced home buyers, assisting out-of-state buyers get settled as well as listing residential and land properties. She has hiked through the woods in the rain, driven countless hours in a day and worked well into the night - and she will do it again! I am from the Cy-fair area, so I am familiar with all that this beautiful city has to offer! My background is in Communication, so you can be sure that effective communication is my specialty! I have a wonderful husband, and we have a beautiful family consisting of two dogs and three cats. I love spending time with my friends and family, or being outside with our beloved dogs!

Joan and her family are members of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, and she enjoys supporting the local arts community, Buffalo Bayou Partnership, various local animal rescue groups, and The Art League of Houston. Joan's imagination and eye for detail and design have been developed throughout her life as artist, including during her previous career as a professional painter and sculptor when she was represented in galleries throughout the country. Her interests outside of real estate include traveling with her family, oil painting, gardening and, most importantly, spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
