Alla personally understands this having been born in Russia where she studied engineering and worked in one of the first foreign department stores in Moscow before deciding to explore the world and realize her dream of visiting the USA. She went on to relocate several times before settling in Houston in 1999 where she instantly fell in love with the fast-growing city with a lot of diversity and met her husband. A former project manager in a large law firm and software developer, Alla has a keen eye for details which she utilizes to facilitate a prompt, reliable and trustworthy service. Having been investing in real estate over the years, she possesses a unique insider's edge and expertise that serves to instill confidence that she has got all her clients' needs covered. By going the extra mile, her goal is to keep each client involved while affording them her personal attention every step of the way. From a very active family, the mother of three enjoys spending time with family, swimming, and boxing when free. 

Fatema Husain was born on the east coast and moved to Houston at an early age. Prior to her 3-year career in the real estate industry, Fatema passionately served the greater Houston community in the healthcare field as a Certified Medical Assistant and the Houston Health Department's Vaccine Educator. With 2 years of experience working at the Harris County Appraisal District as a residential appraiser, Fatema brings to the table a success record of obtaining more than 7.86 million in property tax savings, having presented over 6,000 hearings as a property tax consultant. Along with her zealousness and dedication to serve the community, Fatema carries the insight and judgement to facilitate the protest needs of property owners. Fatema has earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with a minor in International Business from the University of Houston- Downtown and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman's University. Fatema is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Fatema also serves as the Sponsorship Director on the board of SAREP (South Asian Real Estate Professionals) and a board member with GHAMP (Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Professionals). Lastly, Fatema has maintained the status of TREPAC investor for the past 2 years.
