After spending more than 20 years in the Banking Industry in San Juan, Puerto Rico, we relocated to Houston in 2013 and decided to obtain my Texas Real Estate Agent license. Having worked extensively with commercial and corporate clients, residential development lending, and commercial real estate, I have ample experience in dealing with real estate transactions from the financing aspect of it. I understand financing, transaction negotiations, property valuations and above all, the importance of delivering integrity and great customer service at all times. Becoming a Real Estate Agent has always been one of my goals and Houston seemed the perfect place to start, given its cultural diversity, thriving market conditions and continuous influx of newcomers into the city due to excellent employment opportunities. Marwah Fawcett is Egyptian by nationality and was born in the Hague, Holland. After growing up in Calgary, Canada for 11 years the Memorial Area of Houston became home for her at the age of 14. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in business from The University of Texas.

Marwah's background is rich in client service as she was a Health and Welfare Consultant assisting companies set up and maintain benefit plans for their employees.

Very active in the client service industry, her expertise was far reaching as she was the employee advocate/liaison with insurance companies, educated on compliance and legislative issues and reviewed plan documents and contracts. Financial analysis and negotiating renewals with insurance companies was an intricate part of her job description that would later play a significant role in her success as a realtor.

While staying home with her 2 girls, Marwah began her entrepreneurial journey and created BellaJules. She imported home goods from various countries as well as national goods to sell at pop up markets, charity functions and holiday markets. As she bridged into real estate, the accomplishments from previous endeavors proved to be invaluable to her success in the world of real estate.

When time allows, Marwah loves to travel, cook and spend time at her family lake house. She volunteers at Memorial Drive Elementary School where her two daughters attend.

Originally from Ohio, I have now lived in Texas for over 20 years. I hold a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a Masters in Information Systems. My interest in real estate began with owning and managing a small portfolio of rental properties. I have since entered the industry to help others achieve their dreams of home ownership.

Austin Jauregui was raised in The Woodlands, TX. After years of living in downtown Houston, she and her family now reside in Cypress, TX. Being a local resident for almost 30 years has allowed her to learn all areas of this large city and this is what ultimately became the foundation for her real estate market knowledge. Austin received a Bachelor's degree in education in 2015 from The University of Arkansas. She went on to be an elementary school teacher for 7 years. After having her first child, she retired from teaching and started her journey in real estate. Austin believes it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability but to also educate them throughout every step of the process and even beyond, maintaining client relationships for years.
