Kelley Busby is a third generation native Houstonian and longtime Galleria-area resident. Licensed since 2002, Kelley joined Keller Williams Metropolitan in 2004. Kelley specializes in homes, condominiums and townhomes in the Galleria area, as well as Rice Military, Memorial, Tanglewood, The Heights, Montrose, Bellaire, Briargove, and Briargove Park.

Kelley's background is in real estate, communications and marketing. She had over seven years experience working for Houston-based commercial and multifamily property management companies prior to going into residential real estate. With her background of tenant relations, public relations, writing and client communications, Kelley takes pride in being customer-service oriented and putting her clients' wants and needs first - whether they are first-time buyers and sellers, or seasoned clients.

She enjoys playing tennis and was a league team captain and member of USTA and HTA for years. In addition, she is on a Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo committee, regularly participates in fundraising for various local charities and has been a longtime member of the Houston Museum of Fine Arts.

Victoria Babineaux, MBA is a REALTOR at Next Home Luxury Premier, a firm that specializes in all aspects of Real Estate in Houston, TX. She is unique in her profession as she has many years of experience as a Healthcare Operations Executive who has worked with building medical practices from the ground up- including serving as the primary agent for the medical organizations commercial medical real estate building and land acquisitions.

Victoria is a Southeast Texas native and graduate of the University of North Texas, where she received a BA in Biology and remains a loyal fan of the college football team (GO Eagles!). After receiving her undergraduate degree, she went on to complete her MBA at the University of Phoenix- Houston Campus and then achieved her Texas Realtor license shortly after. From an early age, Sylvia gained the value of hard work and a strong work ethic from her entrepreneurial parents. She has successfully combined first-hand knowledge of sales and customer service from the family business. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and was an elementary school teacher for five years before becoming a dedicated Realtor.   Sylvia's goal is to build long-lasting relationships with her clients by helping them find a home they can call their own and make their dreams a reality. Her high energy, positive attitude and appreciation for the diversity of Houston's many cultures and cuisines make a winning combination.  She is fluent in Spanish and English, and is a native Houstonian.
