I am a real estate broker who has been licensed and practicing in real estate since 1998. My experience includes sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties, RE Instructor since 2003, brokerage consultant & trainer for other brokerages, investor relations and property tax protests - hearings and arbitrations since 2006 (residential-commercial-income-BPP-land tax accounts). As an Instructor, I have taught licensing and CE classes such as real estate law, contracts, agency, finance, re math, ethics, principles of re, negotiation, blueprint for success, appraisal and more. I have been honored with property inspection and achievement awards. I am a designated "SWEATHOG" - Graduate of Floyd Wickman's Lead Generation course and a previous President Elect of the Women's Council of Realtors - Central Houston Division. Lynn Wells holds a distinction that only other native Houstonians can truly appreciate. She is an "inner looper," second generation in fact. Having grown up in Bellaire and owned homes in The Heights, Montrose, Rice Military, Walden on Lake Conroe and now again in Bellaire, this Realtor intimately knows the areas where she focuses her expert attention the most. Lynn is also the proud owner of a rescue poodle and two cats who make her engage her vacuum cleaner much more often than she likes.
