I am a full-time Realtor, specializing as a Seller and Buyer agent successfully for over 30 years. I have lived in Houston since the early 70's. Born in Alexandria, LA moved to Houston as a young child. I have 3 amazing children, and one beautiful grandson. Aside from my professional life, I am very involved within my community. I currently serve on the Executive Board within my neighborhood HOA. When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy exercising, gardening, traveling, cooking and spending time with family.

Terre Manning is the broker and owner of the Porter James Agency. She is a proud native Houstonian/Bay Area resident. Graduating from the University of Houston in 1985 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, she also earned her teaching certificate in 2000 and taught in Friendswood ISD for 16 years.
