Jannies King has been a real estate licensee since 1993. She has represented many buyers and sellers of single family homes and condo properties. Helping people with their homes is the thing that Jannies enjoy the most. With a lot of connections to Texas through family, education, business and long time friends, my goal eventually centered on becoming part of the greater Houston community. In 2005, I was fortunate enough to move, with my family of five children, to the Woodlands, Texas. Aside from raising a large family and all that entails, I wanted to be involved in the local projects that benefit those that needed a "hand up". I decided my focus would be on charities and family funding raising opportunities, and I have been involved in Angel Tree and Montgomery County Women's Shelter/Youth Services for many years.

I have dabbled in home renovations up until 4 years ago, when I decided to further my career and obtain my Real Estate license. Since then I have had the honor of representing first time buyers/sellers, luxury buyers/sellers, repeat clients and referrals.

A few of my accomplishments include: Top Individual Listing Agent in Brokerage, Top 10 in Closed Volume, Top 10 in Listing Volume and Top 10 in Listing Units.
