My story begins after I graduated from Texas A&M Mays Business School in 2010 with a bachelor's in Business Marketing. My passion for real estate started in college and has allowed me to work with many of Houston's most prestigious real estate firms such as: Marcus & Millichap, Sudhoff Properties, Boulevard Realty and now New Leaf Real Estate. I have been blessed to have been coached by some of Houston's top brokers and real estate teams. This experience has made me into the hard-working, knowledgeable and respected agent that I am today. I have also been fortunate to be awarded into the million-dollar producers club by the Greater Houston Builders Association or GHBA. For over a decade, I have built long-lasting relationships with a variety of clients and to-date have successfully closed over 50 million dollars of sold transactions including residential and commercial properties. On a more personal note, I was born in Montreal, Canada; where most of my close family lives today. Houston has since become my home and after years of living in the lone star state I think I am now a true Texan; minus the cowboy boots! Biking, lacrosse, traveling, art exhibits, live music, and just being outdoors in nature are some of my favorite hobbies. Renee has 25 years' experience in residential and commercial real estate. Renee served ten years as Leasing Director & Manager for a leading Houston based Multi-family Corporation where she gained core customer service, marketing, contracts, and management skills. Over the past 15 years Renee has focused her efforts on Master Planned Communities along with lifestyle properties involved in new home, land, and resale properties further building her knowledge and receiving master sales training in marketing, construction & development, design, contract negotiation, and customer service.

A North Carolina native, I've lived in Houston since 2013. I moved here for a retail management position and after living in Houston for 4 years, I left that career.

I wanted to get my Real Estate license when I was 18. And I never pulled the trigger. After graduating with a degree in Business Marketing and Management and working for 8 years, I knew I needed to pursue the career I had originally been drawn to so many years before.

My background in high-end, commission based retail set me up to succeed in Real Estate. I took away invaluable customer service skills, business planning tools, and of course the art of selling.

Houston may not be where my roots are but it is the city I am proud to call home. The fabulous restaurants and endless things to do are fabulous but the real reason I am so in love with Houston is because of the people. There is a friendliness you don't find in other cities, especially this size.
