Gay has lived in the Kemah/ South Shore area for over 20 years and originally grew up in Bellaire where she first practiced Real Estate. Being an "eager beaver," she obtained her Brokers license as soon as she was eligible in 1980.

Gay is also a family person and enjoys her 2 grown children and many grandchildren as much as possible. Giving back to the community is also important to Gay, who volunteers for many events, participates in helping the homeless, and attends Clear Creek Community Church.

Syvana is a local Houstonian who started her career, after college, in business management. She realized that she loved helping people and providing amazing customer service. Once marrying her husband and starting a family of her own, which now consist of 3 beautiful children and Chloe & Sasha the family dogs, she decided that the hours of business management were too much for her family. She loves cooking and watching Food Network and HGTV. She is a huge football fan and enjoys spending her down time surrounded by friends and family.
