Jessica Rotta was born and raised in a small town in Southern Brazil, Nova Petrópolis. At 18, Jessica moved to the United States with a full athletic scholarship playing Volleyball. Jessica's introduction to the real estate industry began with her working in the home insurance sector, before she discovered her true calling in Real Estate Sales and Investing. A testament to her entrepreneurial spirit, she acquired her first duplex at the age of 24.

Previously living in Honolulu, Hawaii for several years I had the opportunity to work in the construction industry and gain experience building multi-million dollar projects. This is when my love for real estate began to develop. It gave me great satisfaction to see all the materials come together and become the finished product that was both beautiful and served people's needs.

After moving back to my home state of Texas I wanted to continue my work in real estate but on a more personal level. I started my career in residential real estate and have carried the passion of serving others for close to 20 years. It was during her time working at the Mosaic on Hermann Park, a luxury high-rise condominium development, that this top producing Broker, decided to put her contract-to-closing experience to work and pursue her Realtor's license. Fast-forward eleven years, and she has not only achieved incredible success, but she now has her own full-service, boutique real estate firm, HTX Living, LLC. She was recognized by the Houston Association of Realtors as a Top 20 Under 40 Rising Star, and her success as an agent has translated to big accomplishments with her team as well. While at KW Memorial for almost 5 years, her team was honored for 1st place in gross closed income and 2nd place for both listing volume and closed units. As a Baylor University graduate, she smartly carved a unique niche for herself as an estate property sales expert early in her career. After working as a licensed assistant for a top producer at Martha Turner Properties, she built strong relationships with probate and estate attorneys, certified public accountants and financial advisers by billing herself as the "Queen of Probate." Doing so allowed her to gain footing in the more luxury-type neighborhoods early on. "Estate listings aren't always the nicest or prettiest, but they typically sell the quickest," she explains, adding that this experience established her credibility with real estate investors. It is one of the driving forces behind her decision to start her very own brokerage. After gaining some knowledge as a Broker Associate at a smaller firm called Tammy Bateman Properties, Jessica decided to make her final move with her team and open HTX Living. The reputation that she and her colleagues have established precedes them and she believes this is because they closely monitor contractual deadlines, skillfully manage expectations and remain in close communication, even executing after the transaction.

Enid Cruise-Cleland began her professional life as an International Account Manager with Atari Inc. in game and product sales, focusing on international clientele, and was able to increase sales in her territory by 150% during her very first year.

When Atari sold, she became a Financial Advisor with Prudential Securities in Florida. Her first two accounts for institutional clients were for $11 Million and $21 Million. Such phenomenal success led to a promotion and her relocation to Prudential’s headquarters in New York City where she assumed the position of International Director of Asset Management. Her responsibilities were to assist prospects and clients in the allocation of their assets based on risk, tolerance and timing, and to propose third party asset managers based on clients’ needs. One of her largest accounts was Bacardi Rum, which included travel to many countries.

While working in NYC, Enid continued her studies at the Harvard School of Business as well as coursework with Berkley in California. Relocating to Europe with her family, she lived in Slovenia, Italy, and finally settled in London where she studied art history and fashion design at the prestigious Central St. Martin and the London School of Fashion. It was during those years of studying and traveling that she developed her love for historic landmarks and properties and a passion for remodeling and selling real estate. When her family finally relocated to Houston, she decided to pursue a professional career, marrying her devotion to real estate and people.

Thanks to Enid’s well-developed skills in business, marketing and negotiation, she has enjoyed enormous success as a Realtor. Especially adept at negotiating the best deals for her clients, whether buyers or sellers, she helps sellers achieve their maximum goal in the quickest time possible and buyers to find their dream property within their budgets and relocation requirements.
