Being born in the US from Puerto Rican descent was very interesting. I felt growing up in two worlds, learning the most of my surroundings and staying true to my roots. Being in this situation made me want to learn and explore as much as I could. This led me to cultivate a love for learning, doing things right from the very beginning and helping others be the best the could. Due to family situations, my mother, sister and I moved to Puerto Rico where I grew up half my life and went to college. Upon graduation, I wanted to put into practice the things I enjoyed and make a living from it. I was hired as a teacher in the DFW and as I much as I enjoyed it, I knew it wasn't fulfilling all aspects of my life. I decided to take a challenge and pursue getting my CPA license, but then again, it fulfilled certain areas of my life, but not all of them. Thankfully to teaching and accounting, I found a profession in real estate that would allow me to put in practice the guidance, care, professionalism, knowledge and skills. Real Estate allows me to learn this amazing industry, apply a great level of care and attention to the process and above all, assist others achieve their dreams of homeownership!

A native Houstonian and Heights resident for 20 years, has given Michael Ferguson the background and knowledge to be successful. When Michael earned his Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University in 1981, he did not have his sights set on real estate. But he has been drawn to the promise of flexibility and variety he saw in the industry and has yet to regret his decision. Michael is especially adept at problem solving for clients and customers in the residential market throughout the Houston area, and creating win-win situations for all parties involved. He always places his clients' and customers' best interests at the forefront.

I was born and raised in Michigan. I believe my love of real estate began when I started traveling across the U.S. at a very young age with my family because of sports. I have traveled 6 of 7 continents and 41 of 50 states! I have an extensive real estate background having worked with and followed in the foot steps of my two older brothers who have been in the real estate business for over 3 decades. I currently hold real estate licenses in two states (Florida/Texas).

Stephanie has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with more than 10 courses in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. Both she and her husband grew up in Friendswood and attended Friendswood High School. When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, whether it be watching a football game or sharing a good meal.

Tammy started her Real Estate career as a "Rehabber", taking ugly houses and turning them into gems. She loved the process, loved the work, loved the end result, and loved the positive feedback from Buyers. Rehabbing progressed into Investing - holding rental property for long-term passive income. Again, VERY rewarding, because tenants can struggle with finding pretty, well maintained properties at a fair price, and earning a slow but steady income by providing a great and much-needed service? Priceless!

When asked ‘Why be an agent? Why represent others to buy and sell?’, Tammy’s answer was:

"Easy! I've had a lot of frustrating experiences buying, leasing, and selling for myself. I quickly saw that there were vast differences in the level of service and enthusiasm delivered in this industry. The agents that have the passion and the ethics absolutely inspire me. I decided that I can continue my own investing and literally give back to buyers and sellers who perhaps aren't as comfortable with the purchase and sale process.
