Rachael Wilson knows the importance of a good Realtor. When she and her husband bought their most recent home in the Heights, her Realtor made what could have been a tough experience a great one. When Rachael decided to change careers, she knew she wanted to help make the home buying and selling process great for her own clients.

After earning a bachelors and a masters in geological sciences, Rachael worked as a petroleum geologist for Marathon Oil doing exploration in the Gulf of Mexico. While working in this capacity, she developed a knowledge of the ins and outs of the Houston energy community. With a strong background in science, Rachael is an analytical person. She digs into neighborhood statistics and market analysis in order to help her clients make educated and informed decisions.

The cornerstones of Rachaels service are patience and perseverance. Working in Industry for 20 years, I have dealt with property owners both large and small in transactions related to large projects and expansions. While the work was interesting, the personal interaction was not there. As my wife has worked in the Real Estate Industry for 15 years, I earned my Real Estate License, so that I could work hand in hand with her, helping people find homes for their family. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA Degree in Finance and Pre-Med. She worked at firms such as Compass, Sudhoff Companies (now Douglas Elliman), and Keller Williams before starting her own brokerage in 2021.
