Born and raised in Sacramento California. After I got out of the Navy in 1976, I became a licensed painting contractor. In 1998 I had a back injury that ended that career.
My wife Lydia was a Real Estate Broker of her business Time Realty Lk Inc. So, in 1999 I got my Real Estate license and went to work with her as a Realtor. The biggest issue that she was having was lenders not taken care of her clients. They would not follow up with the clients. They would not communicate with either Lydia or the clients when something was not going right. So, In 2004 I became a mortgage loan officer to help our clients and to make sure no one fell between the cracks.

In 2007, after 30 years providing excellent real estate services Lydia retired. When we initially thought of making the move to Texas, all we could in vision was Cactus and Tumbleweeds. WOW! were we wrong. What a beautiful place to live and work.
We transferred To the Woodlands Texas in 2007. There is no better feeling than providing a service and helping a person or family achieving the American dream of homeownership. Through my experience as a Realtor and Mortgage loan officer, I always do what is best for my client's, putting their needs and wants above all else. My moto is HOPE Helping Other People everyday! We have real conversations about the goals they want to accomplish. I provide Excellent Communication which is one of the biggest things to clients to be kept informed throughout the process. I know how important it is to every client to be communicated with, whether it is good news or the news is something they don't want to hear. I educate them throughout the entire process and provide them with genuine care that each person deserves. My desire is for every buyer to Love the place they decide to call home for years to come. My desire for home sellers is to help them the best net Profit possible.
