Linda McLendon offers 9 years experience as a Real Estate agent in the Houston Heights, where she has been a resident for 15 years.

Linda’s market knowledge encompasses the distinctive inner loop neighborhoods of the Houston Heights, Montrose, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Shepherd Park Plaza and Lindale Park.

Linda is committed to her church and other worthwhile organizations. She is a member of the Altar Society and Votive Candle Society at All Saints Church. She has assisted in many annual bazaars and was the first woman usher in the church’s history. Linda has also been actively involved in children’s sports including basketball, baseball, football, volleyball and cheerleading.

Earlier in Linda’s career she served as Marketing Director, Human Resources Director and Director of Volunteers for different hospitals in Iowa and Texas.

I am a native Houstonian interested in the development and growth of this great city and all it has to offer. Having lived here all my life, I have experienced the growth that has taken off in the local neighborhoods and market areas. Working with homebuyers and businesses allows me to contribute to the ongoing development in Houston by placing homeowners and businesses in those communities.

Rosemary's entreprenurial spirit and business autonomy have propelled her through publishing and healthcare careers as well as contract sales with Xerox & Honeywell, but real estate has claimed the longest tenure spanning nearly two decades. Much of her time in real estate has been with major Houston agencies. She credits her broad range of experiences with sharpening her business skills and guiding her on how to effectively communicate with the clients she represents. 

Rosemary believes the best part of her career is creating a happy, seamless outcome for her buyers and sellers while identifying and meeting the personal goals of each client. She takes pride in helping Houston transplants as well as those new to the area in finding the perfect home. Equally enjoyable is positioning and marketing a client's home for a successful outcome. Having grown up in Sugar Land and moving to Houston after high school, Rosemary knows this market well and that knowledge works to the advantage of all of her clients. 

In addition to affiliation with local, state and national real estate associations, Rosemary is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She is also a past president of her previous neighborhood's homeowners' association representing more than 2,000 homes. 

Entertaining in their Woodlands home and traveling the world -- from the Artic Circle to the Mediterranean -- occupy a large portion of the time she shares with her husband, Randy. When not working or traveling, Rosemary enjoys time with family gatherings of children and grandchildren or cheering for the Astros, Texas and especially the Rockets. She also enjoys gardening and landscaping and is a Master Gardener.
