Barbara strives to be the ‘best’ at everything she does. She recently earned her EcoBroker license in an attempt to stay current on the topics that are relevant to today’s home buyers and sellers.

“My goal is to help sellers market the increased value of their homes with energy efficiency and environmental features and assist buyers in creating more purchasing power through energy-efficient mortgages and other programs,” says Barbara. “Realtors also come face-to-face with environmental issues, like radon, asbestos, water quality, mold, and other environmental challenges, and my EcoBroker training has given me a better understanding of the liabilities these issues create, how to reduce these liabilities for my clients, and how to keep deals together whenever possible.”

This Toronto native has always thrived on challenges and helping people deal with critical issues and situations. For many years, she worked as a pediatric nurse, specializing in neonatal intensive care. “I worked with premature babies with all kinds of diagnosis, from chromosomal disorders to genetic conditions, but my goal was always the same...to find a way to get each baby home.”

As rewarding as nursing was, Barbara had always wanted to become a Realtor, and when the right time came, she gave it everything she had...and then some and became a Broker.

“I’m thrilled with my career, and I bring my same level of compassion, determination and love for people that I brought to nursing,” says Barbara. “Helping people make intelligent real estate choices is something I enjoy and find so fulfilling.”

Central Texas is a great place to live and work, which is why Miller Swayzer chose to call it home. Born and raised in Houston, Miller traveled the world and came to Killeen, Texas in 1996 while serving in the United States Army. Real estate is a passion for Miller, and with his background in management, it is easy to see why families call him for help with buying and selling their homes.

Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University in 2010. After 26 years of service, he retired from the Army and Civil Service with many distinctions and awards including the Hidalgo de San Antonio de Bexar, Department of Defense Achievement Medal for Civilian Service, several Army Achievement and Accommodation Medals, and the Army Meritorious Service Medal.

Miller Swayzer has been a part of the All City Real Estate family for over five years, but he isn't just passionate about helping families find their next home. Miller Swayzer has served his local community as a Rotarian in multiple capacities, including Sergeant at Arms, Public Relations Director, Vice President, President-Elect, and President (2021-22). He is a Paul Harris Fellow and a member of the Paul Harris Society. Miller loves serving others by being a part of other local community service events.

A passionate family man, when Miller Swayzer isn't in the office or volunteering in his local community, you'll often find him at home reading, watching current events, and enjoying time with his friends and family.

Kalee says, in Real Estate, it's all about the relationships you create and about the love and care you pour into them. Kalee has a strong drive to seek out answers and solutions for all obstacles that may come her clients' way. With her down-to-earth attitude and straight-forward style of doing business, Kalee's ongoing goals are to connect the right sellers and buyers to maximize the experience for whichever party she is representing.

Selling or buying a home can be stressful, however Kalee strives to ensure her clients' real estate experiences are full of excitement and a joy-filled spirit. Exceptional customer service is of paramount importance, so Kalee treats every client with the highest level of respect, integrity, and commitment whether she is finding the ideal home for a new buyer or helping a seller achieve their goals in record time.

Since 2021, Kalee has walked with buyers and sellers in the north Houston region. However, her connection to the real estate industry goes beyond business. Kalee says, "The roots in Real Estate run deep in my family. It is a passion of mine and allows me to be a part of my community and give back to it."

In her free time, Kalee enjoys giving back to her community through various philanthropy events and meeting other local needs. She also enjoys pursuing a positive lifestyle through working out, dancing, yoga and other outdoor activities as well as spending quality time with close and new friends.
