Colleen Phalen is a Beaumont native and a long time Houstonian who has also lived for 16 years in Mexico. While in Mexico she set up a medical tourism business, bringing patients to Mexico for everything from cosmetic surgery, dental procedures to heart valve replacement. Colleen first love of real estate came from her stay and many travels throughout Mexico. In fact, today she still owns homes in San Miguel de Allende and Nuevo Vallarta. So it’s was only natural when she relocated back to Houston that real estate was calling her name. Over the years, she has lived in various neighborhoods throughout the city but has set her roots in the Medical Center/ Museum area. Colleen uses her degree in Marketing and Finance which she received at Lamar University along with her knowledge of buying, selling and remodeling her own homes in order to help others find their dream home. In addition, she can provide a unique vision for her clients which can greatly help guide them through the buying and selling process. She is passionate about International Travel, cooking, entertaining, fishing, anything to do with the ocean and the great outdoors! She is fluent in Spanish as well.
