Barry received his BS in 1994 in Drafting and Design. He moved to Memphis, TN where he worked in the manufacturing industry for almost 10 years. He received his MBA from Belhaven College in 2000. Barry began helping others when he started his real estate career in Tennessee in 2000.
In 2003 Barry returned back to Houston where he began his love for inspiring others and helping people when he became an elementary teacher. He has been teaching for almost 10 years. Barry continued his real estate career in Houston.

After Hurricane Ike Courtney moved her family north, where her three children graduated from Cy-Fair ISD. When Harvey attacked Houston Courtney went back to her roots to help restore her old neighborhood, rebuilding and selling her childhood home. Standing in the living room of her childhood home she recognizes the hard work and dedication her grandparents made buy and maintain their home, leaving an legacy for their children.
