4. Sau khi chọn ðýợc cãn nhà vừa ý, chúng tôi lại có dịp hýớng dẫn tìm các hãng Mortgage ðể quý vị có thể mýợn tiền với một phân lời và tiền chi phí thấp ở một ðiều kiện dễ dàng bớt vất vả.

5. Ðồng thời chúng tôi tiếp tục giúp ngýời mua nhà, liên lạc với các công ty :

a. Title Insurance: tìm hiểu lịch sử của căn nhà, tránh trường hợp bị thiếu thuế, hoặc bị các vấn đề khác.

b. Lượng Giá Nhà, để tránh trường hợp quý vị mua quá giá.

c. Kiểm sóat nhà, tránh trýờng hợp nhà hý quá nặng

d.Survey: Để tìm xem diện tích chính xác của căn nhà và miếng đất

6. Thời gian này chúng tôi hướng dẫn người mua coi lại các giấy tờ chẳng hạn như “Truth In Lending” hay “Good Faith Estimate”, để chắc chắn rằng người mua có đuợc tiền lời và tiền chi phí như đã được định trước.

7. Đến ngày ký giấy tờ, chúng tôi hiện diện ở ngay chỗ Closing, để giúp hướng dẫn, thông dịch những giấy tờ cần thiết. Tránh cảnh “Bút Sa gà chết”
