William obtained his real estate license while in college and joined Heritage Texas Properties in January of 2015 for their luxury and international affiliations. After a successful first year in the business, William went on to work as an assistant for one of the city's top producing agents. During that time, William gained invaluable knowledge and insight of the industry and assisted with the successful closing of more than 120 transactions.

William passionately serves on the Board of Directors of the Houston Area Parkinson's Society in advocacy for his father, and has served on the Board of the Houston Grand Opera's Young Professionals Group. In addition, he has been a member of Alley Theatre, Houston Ballet and Hermann Park Conservancy's young professionals groups. In 2017, William co-chaired the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation's Young Professionals Group's most successful Jungle Book Gala to date and has held positions on the gala committee since its inception in 2015. In his spare time, William enjoys exercising and has participated in fundraising runs for Blue Cure Foundation, Houston Rodeo and Susan G. Komen.

MEET YOUR HOUSTON REALTOR: As a native Texan raised in Southeast Houston, Dan graduated with high honors from both the University of Houston with a BBA, and University of St. Thomas in Houston, with an MBA in Management. At 18, he earned his Texas Real Estate license and joined Helen Guillory Real Estate as a sales agent and her personal assistant where he was mentored by one of the best Brokers in Texas. He later moved on to a career in banking, but his passion in real estate never ended as evidenced by the many homes he would go on to buy, remodel and sell. During his ~30yr career with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors, his dedication to his clients and hard work provided him with many opportunities to advance in the ranks and move to various cities like Dallas, Philadelphia and New York City. As his responsibilities increased, his last several roles included Chief Administrative Officer to the organizational President, Global Head in the Private Bank, and Sr. Regional Sales Director. Additionally, over the years he was recognized with many honors & accolades. Since retiring from the bank, Dan has rejoined forces with CB&A Realtors, as an agent on the team with a keen focus in the Garden Villas, Glenbrook Valley and Montrose neighborhoods here in Houston, TX.
