Indeed, Seth's family has been in real estate for generations, dating back to before the Republic of Texas. For Seth, it's as simple as family tradition. Seth grew up in Houston's southwest inner loop area, and is a graduate of Bellaire High School. After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and concentration in Economics from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, Seth returned to Houston to practice real estate alongside his family. Given his background, years of practice, and community involvement, Seth is uniquely qualified to represent buyers and sellers in all areas of the city. Seth is experienced in every facet of the real estate transaction, and also specializes in corporate relocation. One of Seth's favorite aspects of real estate is conducting statistical analyses for homes in order to build pricing strategies reflective of market value while meeting his clients' goals. Seth is also a skilled negotiator who can effectively articulate his clients' needs while building positive relationships with everyone involved in the transaction. He enjoys traveling and gained an appreciation of architecture through time spent with the American Institute for Foreign Study in Barcelona, Spain. In his spare time, Seth enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife, Nicole, their daughter, Clare, and their three dogs. Having both of her parents become REALTORs when she was just six months old, it was only natural that Kari would pick up the family trade herself. She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a bachelors in communication and a minor in graphic design. Kari is a Clear Falls High School alumna and a Texas Gulf Coast native.
