Kayla joined the real estate industry over 8 years ago and specializes in first time home buyers, corporate relocation, waterfront properties, improved and unimproved land and all facets of buyer & seller representation. Kayla Gehret is very versatile in knowing Galveston, Montgomery, Walker, & Grimes Counties along with the Inner Loop of Houston. Growing up she lived on the west side of League City. In college and after she lived in Galveston. In her early professional career, she lived in Montrose Heights area and now she resides with her family in Montgomery, TX.

Kayla decided the real estate industry was the perfect match with her background in marketing, advertising sales, property leasing, problem solving skills and her knack for enjoying helping people. She is a social butterfly and finds it very helpful to network with other professionals in her industry. She enjoys reading industry magazines and keeping up with the ever-changing real estate market. Her approach to helping clients with buying or selling their home is understanding their personal interests, lifestyles and specific needs by listening. She feels that listening is a highly desirable skill when trying to locate or sell her clients home.

Kayla graduated Clear Creek High School in 2006 and The University of Houston in 2011 with a focus on Corporate Communications and a minor in Sales/Marketing. Following college she spent a few years in advertising sales and then moved onto property management which then lead her onto the real estate path she had always dreamed of. Now 8 years later, she enjoys enjoys helping new and repeat clients with transitioning from one chapter of life to the next.

Greg Vann has been involved in the complex world of commercial insurance brokering since 1989. He has owned and operated various small businesses, and has personally created a real estate ownership & investment portfolio. Since the late 1990's, he has been intimately involved in various real estate investment transactions in Houston, as well as in other highly desirable areas in our state such as Brenham, Cypress, and New Braunfels. He recently joined Taylor Real Estate Group to bring his personal market knowledge, negotiation skills, and personality to customers across all areas of Texas. Greg's customer focused attention to detail and his Client First attitude has brought Greg to the top of his various professions over his career. He has a passionate and innate desire to help people in any way possible, and he is completely focused on delivering results. From the time she was a child, she was constantly moving, and constantly learning. Since that time, she has overcome challenges, achieved ambitious goals, and lived through a fire, freeze, hurricane, and flood. And all of these experiences and the incredible people in her life have honed and shaped the determined woman she is today.

Caitlyn grew up in Central Texas, raised with her mother and two grandmothers as strong female role models in her life. All three of these women had Master's Degrees, and worked in education, so learning and advancing were always top of mind. In her early childhood, the family moved quite often, which also created a fascination with different homes and lifestyles. She enjoyed doing her part to turn each house into a home, and as a result, she developed a strong talent for home decorating and design. It was no surprise, then, that when she was just 18 years old, Caitlyn bought her first home while simultaneously attending college at Angelo State University. She eventually earned her own Master's Degree in Agricultural Education and Communication at Texas Tech University, and went on to teach math for two years before deciding to pursue her love for real estate.

On the very first day that she began her real estate career, she gave birth to her daughter, Charley, forever marking that day as significant on many levels. In addition to being ecstatic about motherhood, she immediately knew she had found her career path, too. She received multiple certifications and awards throughout the next decade, and became one of the youngest Presidents to serve on the Bastrop County Board of Realtors at just 31 years old. Her zest for real estate was fueled by her instinct for helping families to locate a maximum lifestyle of luxury, no matter their position in life. This is how she became known as the Lifestyle Locator®.

Today, Caitlyn assists growing families & empty nesters in the Texas Gulf Coast area to locate and market a home more suited to their changing needs. She specializes in vacation homes and second homes focused on a lifestyle on or near the water, and is known for helping her clients locate a maximum lifestyle of luxury at their current life position. Caitlyn has earned her Broker's license, and is also a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist and Global Luxury Agent. She's an advocate who is recognized for her attention to detail, contract expertise and skilled negotiations.

When Caitlyn isn't helping her clients, you can find her living an active lifestyle that includes home decorating, golfing, running, and driving her signature Jeep. She's involved in the community through volunteering in her daughter's high school volleyball program. She has already achieved one goal on her bucket list, which is owning a vacation home on the water, which she visits frequently with her family. The strength Caitlyn gained from being surrounded by such determined and dedicated women has helped her achieve her own lifestyle of luxury, and nothing is more rewarding to her than paying that forward.
