Ricky has comprehensive knowledge of Houston and its surrounding areas, including schools, amenities and neighborhoods. Ricky has a background in business and quality control, including a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. After working in a wide range of industries, including steel, shipbuilding and skilled labor staffing he found his love of real estate and continues to help home buyers, sellers and investors with his vast real estate expertise.

I specialize in working with investors in the single and multifamily investment markets. I evaluate aparment and single famliy deals to see if they would be great investments for my buyers. I also work with investors who have apartments and single famliy homes for sale. Typically the houses or apartment complexes need repair and or management issues. I find the problems and find ways of improving those problems once real estate is aquired.

Tina Crittenden has been a Realtor since 1997 and epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, production, patience, and market knowledge. Tina takes the necessary time to educate her clients. “I focus on building trust and I have excellent listening skills,” she says. “I work diligently to arrive at the best price and terms possible for each of my clients, and I promise to explain everything I am doing every step of the way. Tina is proud of her ability to assist investors in locating and purchasing properties that will bring the best possible return. “For over 15 years, I have assisted many clients with short-sales and have been very successful in the process.”

Tina has excellent interpersonal skills and is particularly adept at reading body language and facial expressions. “I was a penitentiary correctional officer before changing to my real estate career,” Tina says. “That experience taught me important insights into what people are thinking and feeling, and I use those skills when negotiating for my clients.”

Tina is a native of Memphis Tennessee who lived in Atlanta, Georgia for more than 20 years before moving to Houston. She attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on a basketball scholarship and earned a degree in law enforcement.

Community involvement is important to Tina. She volunteers at her church and for homeless-aid organizations, and has coached T-Ball teams and served in leadership positions with GLAAD. When her schedule permits, Tina enjoys golf, reading, watching sports, and traveling.
