Bringing extensive knowledge of the real estate market, customer service and sales to her position as a full time Realtor, Vivian offers her clients an outstanding level of service as well as being bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. Prior to earning her Realtor license, Vivian interned as a CNA Nurse at Conroe Health Care Center. She then transitioned to a Rehabilitation Therapist at Stafford Chiropractic Sports & Wellness, where she was able to advance to the Office Coordinator with her exception customer service. It did not take long for Vivian to realize Real Estate was her passion, her favorite part is being able to see the reaction to her clients face when they receive their new home keys. Vivian will stop at nothing to make sure her clients find their perfect home at a reasonable price. Through her diligence and task oriented nature, she is able to provide her clients with a seamless experience every single time.

For over 10 years, I have been working with both buyers and sellers, gaining a deep understanding of both sides of the business. My experience is not limited to just transactions, as I have also invested in real estate myself, doing renovations, flips and rental properties. As a business operator at heart, I lead with a clear vision and strategy, ensuring my clients receive the best results possible. My background in branding, operations and sales has given me a unique perspective on the real estate industry, allowing me to approach every situation with creativity and innovation. In the past, I have run a magazine and an ad agency, which has taught me the importance of branding and how to effectively communicate with clients. This experience has also given me a creative outlook that I bring to every real estate transaction. My focus is not solely on closing deals, but creating a mindful experience for my clients. Yvonne was born and raised in Houston, TX. She attended Texas State University in San Marcos, TX where she obtained her bachelors degree. She then returned to Houston and served as a teacher in the public school system for 11 years. She now has transferred her passion for teaching to real estate and is helping others with all of their real estate needs. Her husband is an Army veteran and they have two amazing children.
