Shaneequa Washington, better known as Nikki was born and raised in Houston; Harris County. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2019.

Nikki's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent almost ten years working for the city of Houston in public relations. Working for the city of Houston gave Nikki the opportunity to explore the ends and outs of various neighborhoods and communities. It is only natural that Nikki would combine her knowledge of Houston, with her love for helping people to develop a successful real estate business.

Nikki is married to a loving and supporting husband, and has three beautiful daughters. She graduated form Texas Southern University with a Bachelors in psychology and later from Prairie View A & M University with her Masters degree. Her affinity for knowledge is what keeps Nikki abreast with what is going on in the world of real estate. Nikki spends her free time with friends and family making a lifetime of memories. Some of Nikki's interest and hobbies include, trail riding, dancing, bowling, and attending the Houston Texas football games.

Dr. William Green received his quantitative doctorate in Organizational Management (PhD) from Capella University in 2012 titled "Servant Leadership: A Correlation Analysis of Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction in U.S. Military Organization." Dr. Green is also retired U.S. Army after serving 20 years in locations such as Germany, Belgium, Massachusetts, Missouri and Texas. Serving in numerous leadership positions including as an instructor at the U.S. Army Engineer School logging over 5000 hours in classroom instruction earning the prestigious Master Instructor Certificate. Dr. Green ended his military service in the U.S. Army Recruiting Command serving as Army Recruiter, Station Commander and Guidance Counselor receiving numerous awards as 'Top Recruiter", "Top Station Commander" and "Guidance Counselor of the Year" during his tenure. Upon leaving the military, Dr. Green worked as an New Home Sales Manager for a reputable builder for over 12 years and decided to leave the builder and become a "Realtor" full time. Dr. Green is also an professor for a local college teaching business and management courses.

Originally from Quebec City, Canada, Michele Sergie is now a naturalized American who has lived in Texas since 1976. As a multicultural traveler, she has a special sense of home. There truly is no other place like it, she says. I wish for nothing more than for my customers to feel exactly the same way. After Michele and her husband moved to the U.S., she worked as a social studies teacher and as an administrator in her husband's medical practice. But her people talents blossomed in real estate: problem-solving, flexibility, and a deep understanding of a diverse range of clients, aided by her fluency in French. Real estate came naturally: She took a friend to an open house and, while explaining its construction, she was asked what company she worked for. The agent thought she was already a pro. A top-producing Realtor® since 1998 and a member of the national, Texas, and Houston associations of Realtors®, Michele is a certified buyer's representative but also serves sellers and investors in the Greater Houston area, the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and the communities in between.
