Welcome Houston home sellers and buyers. I am a native Houstonian and have lived or worked in all areas of Houston and surrounding counties. I know the city and outlying areas well and enjoy helping others find the best place for them to call home. As a Realtor, I work with my clients to understand their needs and assist them (whether seller, buyer, landlord or renter) throughout their home sales process by walking them through their residential real estate quest.

Christi was born and raised in the Houston area and has always had a passion for Real Estate. She has experience running an operating her own entrepreneurial business and graduated from HBU with a double major in Psychology and Business Marketing. She previously lived in the Inner loop of Houston for 5 years before moving to Pearland. TX and residing there for the past 13 years which gives her great knowledge of both Houston Inner loop and Pearland markets. In her free time she loves to travel and try new restaurants.

I am a native Houstonian who knows the city and suburbs well. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2004 after working in marketing for a large real estate brokerage. Having raised three children as a single parent for the past 16 years, I know what it is to hustle and I have a tenacious work ethic. I possess both the emotional and professional poise that is critical to be successful in the real estate industry. I am in constant communication with my clients and walk them through the complete process of buying and/or selling striving to go beyond the call of duty to ensure my clients have very stress free transactions. I have worked in all facets of real estate over the past 20 years ~ residential, apartment leasing, investments, wholesale deals and also have experience in commercial real estate negotiating transactions up to $300 million dollars. I have also won multiple awards over the years including Rookie of the quarter, top sales agent, top listing agent and more. Malgorzata "Gosia" Hernandez was born and raised in Eastern Europe, Poland. She earned a degree in marketing from Wroclawska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych. She has worked as a business consultant for Polish/German companies including Hebel Construction. She is very detailed and takes every job seriously. Gosia will dedicate her time and work to the satisfaction of her clients.

Gosia has been an esteemed member of the Memorial area for the past 10 years. During that time, she served on the Board of Memorial Drive Townhomes and greatly contributed her time and effort to the enhancement of the community. Gosia actively volunteers in the Spring Branch Independent School District where her two sons attend school. She is passionate about the Steel Magnolia Moms group and is a contributing member to its success for the enrichment of children with disabilities.

Gosia has a gifted talent when it comes to home decor and can transform any space into a unique design. From her European roots, travel and studies, Gosia has learned to speak Polish, English, Spanish and German. Gosia's background and talents are key contributing factors to her success as a real estate agent.
