Thank you for taking the time to view my profile and bio! I am an independent real estate broker with many years of experience and extensive knowledge of Houston and the surrounding areas. I have the highest standards and I take great pride in maintaining a reputation of honesty, integrity, and personal attention towards all of my clients. I am fully devoted to providing the best for my clients and being there for them through every step of the process. My goal is to give my clients a smooth, easy transaction and see them excited and happy in the end. When I'm not "real estating", I'm spending time with my two amazing daughters, working on home design projects, playing a game of golf when it's not too hot, and trying to catch a big fish in Galveston Bay. I also enjoy performing classical music (my first career), and I have a passion for animal rescue. I have been a foster for many years and I love seeing all of the precious pups find their wonderful forever homes. Sharing love, good times and laughter are the most important things to me and these all begin at home. Nothing makes me happier than helping people (and pets!) find the perfect place to call home. Native Houstonian Susan Branda Martin's impressive background in both the business and non-profit communities, in addition to her fluency in Spanish, prepared her well for her career in residential real estate. Susan is proudly following in the footsteps of her mother, Marilyn Branda Wood, who had a 40-year career in the real estate industry.

Many who have had the pleasure of working with Susan over the years will attest to her innate ability to multitask, organize, work with a wide variety of people and lead difficult projects through to a successful completion-all with a sense of humor, warmth and caring. Multitasking has always come naturally to Susan, and she uses that skill in her work life and personal life to accomplish great things. While raising her four children, she continued to be involved with numerous community agencies focusing on education for the underserved. One of her most rewarding experiences was as a member of the feasibility study committee responsible for bringing Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory School to Houston. Once the school was approved to open, Susan joined the inaugural leadership team as the Director of Communications and Marketing where she introduced the school and its amazing mission to the hearts and minds of the city of Houston and the business community.

Susan grew up in the Memorial Villages, attended Memorial High School and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Spanish and Art History. She studied at the University of Madrid, Spain and Anahuac University in Mexico City where she further perfected her Spanish speaking and writing skills.

Susan remains active volunteering at the Charity Guild of Catholic Women, as President of the Newman Circle, as a Harris County Protective Services Board Member, a member of the American Leadership Forum (ALF) Class XXXIV and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston.

I was born in Venezuela and am fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. I got my Real Estate license and have enjoyed every minute since then. Previously, I worked 15+ years in the Oil and Gas industry as a Petroleum Engineer and as a Technical Consultant in Latin-America and the Middle East. Additionally, I worked 2 years as a bilingual teacher in elementary school in inner city Houston.
Since I arrived in Houston 10 years ago, I developed a natural inclination to not only help my friends, but all people alike who came to this exciting city in search of a place to call home as well as supporting them with the necessary information about schools, religious/extracurricular activities, language studies etc. This experience as an immigrant has given me the opportunity to truly grasp the abundant diversity that Houston offers.
My primary responsibility is guiding my local and international clients through the process of buying and selling their homes or renting apartments/houses in various areas such as Houston, Katy, Cypress, Fulshear and Richmond with the highest level of professionalism and customer care.

When away from work, I enjoy numerous hobbies such as travelling, music, cooking, jogging, photography and just spending quality time with my family. I also dedicate myself in giving back to my local community and volunteering in a non-profit Foundation dedicated to support low income Hispanic women.
