Originally from Toronto, Canada, Christy Smith earned an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree before starting work in automotive industry finance. After seven years, she then made the decision to invest in her family and spent seventeen years raising her three daughters full time. During this time, she also moved eight times throughout Canada, The U.S., and Asia in support of her husband's oil and gas career. After deciding to make The Woodlands, TX her home, Christy desired to fulfill a lifelong dream of working in the real estate industry. The time was right to pursue this career that would utilize her background in lending and finance and enable her to serve clients with a deep understanding of the many aspects of moving. Christy approaches her work with a compassionate desire to help people through each step of the process and beyond. Christy chose to join The Ray Larson Group after having worked with Ray in the purchase of her own home. Sharing the team's vision of working by referral and their commitment to integrity, knowledge, and outstanding customer service, Christy is supported by an experienced team of industry leaders. Siri Vann is visionary. She helps new friends catch their dreams of buying and selling a wonderful home. A resident of Sugar Land, TX for more than 20 years, she has lived and worked in many areas in Houston and surrounding area. Her business is based on more than 80 percent referrals from satisfied clients. Most important to Siri is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Siri has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties to uptown condominiums, ranch properties, , and investment properties. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home.

Jason Binder moved to Houston, TX from his hometown of Rochester, MI. He received a BA in English Lit/Journalism from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI and proceeded to work in the fast-paced, upscale fashion apparel industry where customer service was an integral part of doing business. Jason believes one of the best services he can provide his clients is simply being available and ready to help answer questions and guide his clients through the real estate process.

Jason is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients, and he specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers who have previously struggled with selling their homes on their own or with another agent. By making an industry leap to real estate from fashion apparel, Jason found professional success at a high level, selling 22 homes in just his first year. Year-over-year, Jason continues to lead his office in sales activity and is closely involved with many of the vendors that buyers and sellers use when it comes to buying/selling a home.

Jason is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and is fluent in handling the probate process. He can confidently assist families in selling property owned by a loved one and can refer contractors, attorneys, & title companies to help along the way.

Jason currently resides in the Westbury neighborhood in Houston with his wife, Tracey, who is the Market Area Client Development Manager at Neiman Marcus in the Houston Galleria. Tracey's territory also includes San Antonio, Austin, Atlanta & Charlotte. In their free time they enjoy chasing around their Boston Terrier, going to the beach and spending time with family.
