I joined the real estate industry in 1998 establishing a client base immediately in the Magnolia area. I have been a resident of Montgomery County for 46 years, with the past 37 in Magnolia. Knowledge of the area coupled with the experience of 23+ years selling real estate makes for a winning combination!

Recognition as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2021, 2020, 2016, 2015, 2014, and 2012, as featured in the June publications of Texas Monthly; in those respective years, is one that I am especially proud of. I was the top producer for all Century 21 Hardee Team Realty offices (5) for 2016 & 2014. In addition, I was also the #1 Individual Agent among all Houston Metro Century 21 Agents in 2016 & 2014. I also ranked #99 nationally among Century 21 Agents for 2016, out of thousands of agents.

Commitment and love for my own family allows me to truly work towards assisting other families in their pursuit of locating a home! I enjoy a support system that begins with my own family which includes my husband of 37 years, Ricky, who has offered much assistance to my real estate business. Our daughter Samantha taught for 9 years in Conroe ISD and is currently a realtor with LWRG, and she and her husband Dave live in Benders Landing in Spring, with their three beautiful daughters (and our grandaughters), Juliana, Mallory, and Allison. Our daughter Meaghan is a stylist/hairdresser at Hair la Vie' Hair Salon in Magnolia, and is married to Michael. They live in Clear Creek Forest in Magnolia. Our son Garrett is married to Tandra, and works as a realtor at LWRG, and is a licensed commercial pilot. They bought a home in New Braunfels in 2020. My husband and I reside in Clear Creek Forest in Magnolia, where I have sold over 400 properties over the last 23+ years. That figure represents approximately 30% of my overall sales production. We also own a second home on Galveston island, near the seawall and the historic strand.

I have received numerous recognitions for my past real estate performance, but none of that compares to the real satisfaction I receive when placing families in the homes of their dreams!!

BIOGRAPHY

Rachel Allen is a native New Orleanian who now calls Houston home after first moving to the area in 2005. Rachel holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications from the University of Miami with an area of expertise in advertising, print and social marketing. Her extensive experience in customer service has prepared Rachel to truly listen to her clients and assess her clients' needs. She provides her clients with solutions that maximize value whether her client is buying a new home, selling an existing home or looking to lease a property. Rachel has been professionally involved in Real Estate since 2008. She started as a Real Estate investor and currently holds a small portfolio of rental properties. As a licensed consultant, Rachel provides client services to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.

Since 1981, Richard has been selling homes in the greater Houston real estate market. Richard has been with Re/Max Westside, Realtors since 1988. He has often been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the top producing Realtors in the greater Houston area. He is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate. Richard worked numerous years with one of the largest home builders in the United States as a sales manager, general sales manager while also heading the companies investment (resale) property division. Richard believes in offering the highest level of service in the industry. He is most proud that after all these years of service in the industry, the children of past clients are now coming to him for their real estate needs.

Mariem Awney is excited about representing the Greater Houston Area Homeowners and Future Homeowners. She started her career in property management in 2018 . Mariem earned a Bashlor Degree in Hospitality management Studies, and Diploma in Business management marketing. When she is not working on her business, Mariem enjoys working out, reading books, traveling with her family and being an active PTO volunteer at the school where her two children attend. Mariem has an effective work ethic and possesses the intelligence and professional poise that is needed to be successful in the real estate market.
