With intelligence married to enthusiasm, she inherited her excellent work ethic from her father, who hired her to work (when she was fifteen) keeping books and making payroll for his fence business in the summers. Prior to her career as a Realtor, Agelia was a civic manager for six years, helping to manage several well established inner loop neighborhoods, all of which helped familiarize her with those neighborhoods and their deed restrictions, individual homes, and their owners.
Experienced at preparing a home for the market and finding the right home for a buyer, she is an excellent negotiator who is willing to be creative and original to solve problems. In fact, a few clients and associates have commended her “force of nature” commitment to making things happen and getting them done. A graduate of The High School for Performing and Visual Arts, Agelia is the consummate volunteer, working tirelessly for an array of nonprofit organizations in the arts and education. She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karen Stokes Dance; is on the Advisory Council of The University of Texas Briscoe Center for American History; and is a member of the Advisory Board (and former Board of Trustees member) of HSPVA Friends. She is a Past President of both East Montrose Civic Association and Old Braeswood Property Owners Association.

Bill is a 4th generation Texan who was born and raised in South Texas and attended Texas A&I University with studies in Business Management. Before becoming a Realtor, Bill created, owned and operated a successful company, Training Wheels, that provided dealership and automotive manufacturer consulting in operations, sales and processes. His business took him all over the world with projects in South Africa, Europe, Australia and Asia. Bill decided to get off the road and spend more time at home in Texas. He is married to Tiffany Cannon who is a Marketing Director with Gulf States Toyota. Together they live in Richmond with their five ‘surrogate’ children, four PBGV's and one GBGV, which are a rare breeds of scent hounds.
