Discerning how many homes they have owned in the past serves a guideline for the language I use and how to explain contracts and the additional steps. Being a single, first-time homeowner myself, I can relate to my clients and show a strong sense of empathy. Open communication is foremost in the process of finding the right home. That means they have all the information I can give them, I leave no room for unanswered questions, they understand the next steps and timelines, and I make sure they feel heard and valued. I am fighter! Previous professional experience includes education (pre-k and kindergarten art), search engine optimization, direct sales, event sales, and digital marketing account management.

Beth Cassidy is a native Houstonian and attended the University of St. Thomas and the Texas Academy of Art where she earned a commercial art degree. This degree served as perfect platform for her to work in the residential and commercial design sectors for many years. Certified in home staging, she has an expert eye for discerning the look that a home should reflect to achieve immediate appeal to someone looking for the perfect home. This experience also serves as a tremendous tool to her buyers as they attempt to visualize placement of their furnishings in a property.

Beth's keen attention to detail, her positive attitude, patience and integrity have become the hallmark of an impressive career. Raising children in the Memorial area afforded her a deep understanding of the market. I know......you might be thinking of several exciting world cities but I truly love Houston and I'm proud to work daily for my clients, helping them buy and sell Real Estate all over the metroplex. Most of my days are spent working with my wonderful clients, preparing homes to go on the market, chatting with other individuals in the realm of real estate, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts from Texas State University- San Marcos in 2005 and although I absolutely love art & design, I love Real Estate more & have been involved in Real Estate in one form or another since 2006. I currently live in the Briar Forest area of West Houston and finish my day by coming home to a super supportive husband, my two beautiful children, William & Abigail and a cat that wishes to remain anonymous.

Rachana a native Chicagoan, has lived in Louisville, Kentucky and Calgary, Alberta and now calls Houston her home after being relocated in 2011. Rachana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Chicago at Illinois.
