As resident of Houston for over 36 years, Richard has a passion to serve current and new homeowners in Houston, Galveston, and the surrounding areas. Richard is knowledgeable of Houston's diversity including culture, food and people and he is ready to help clients with their home buying and selling needs. Richard's personal life consists of spending time with family and close friends, traveling and enjoying time with his husband, Emmanuel and their dog, Bella. Richard is excited and always ready to help new clients sell or find their future home.

As a Realtor with a strong background in Education and a Social Work, Wendy is a Rare Gem in the Industry. Her unique demeanor of patience and compassion allows the transaction, whether buying or selling, to be more lucid and informative. Wendy is bold and determined to advocate the best circumstances for her clients, understanding the importance of each critical detail in the parties she serves. Wendy enjoys sharing an interpersonal relationship with her clients as a trusting relationship is invaluable to each clients' unique situation. The insight of a Social Worker and patience of an Educator has made her resourceful to her clients. Wendy graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from St. John's University and her Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in New York. She advocated for the preservation of disenfranchised to influential families to best serve the needs of children. As a former Educator, she empathizes with her clients and seeks full transparency and understanding throughout the real estate process that can be quite intimidating. Wendy is originally from NYC, yet has resided in Houston, since 2005. She raised 2 children in Houston and has simply fallen in love with it. She enjoys health and wellness, nature trails, and quiet, warm nights at the firepit. Real Estate has been her passion since she was a little girl residing in a multi-family her parents owned which improved their family life with generational wealth.
