Jeff started his Real Estate career in January 2000 as a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Officer working under a Mortgage Broker, a Mortgage Banker, then joined in a partnership with a Mortgage Branch. After 5 years as a Loan Officer, he was recruited by a National Home Builder as a New Home Sales Counselor to open 2 brand new sections in a Master Planned Community. While working side-by-side with the construction team and design studio, he was able to listen, learn, and understand all of his client's needs and wants they were looking for in their new home! Standing by and supporting his clients during their pre-construction meetings, framing stages, pre-sheetrock meetings, design center selections, and final walk-through of home before closing, he was right beside his clients the entire process making sure things went smoothly up until closing day and keys were delivered! Because KINDI SCARTACCINI'S family moved numerous times, she jokingly says that her background in real estate began when she was six months old. Having lived in New Mexico, Michigan, Mexico City, Houston and Austin (where she earned a degree in design from the University of Texas) before returning to Houston, she's had many homes. Consequently, she empathizes with clients who find the experience of buying or selling a home an emotional one, and dedicates herself to helping them make the transition as smooth as possible.

Kindi has a strong sense of the "visual" aspects to purchasing and selling, as evidenced by her design background. Among Heritage's Company-Wide Top Producers for 2011 -2019 2016, Kindi has over 20 years' experience in both new construction and resale. Buyers look forward to Kindi's advice since, when purchasing a home, many questions and choices can be overwhelming particularly in new construction. Being detail oriented not only in design but in the day to day aspects allows Kindi to keep order, handle details, resolve problems, and provide quality service.

She is a graduate of the University of Texas, and began her career in design before moving to residential real estate. Active in the community which she loves, Kindi is a member of the Junior League, a past member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, has served as a committee member for the University of Houston Honors College fundraiser, "The Great Conversation", volunteers at The Museum of Fine Arts and supports the arts as well.
