I hold multiple designations and certificates, but what that means to you is that I take my job seriously, and that I go above and beyond the basics, so that my tools are always sharp and ready to go. I hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), the CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert), the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), the CREI (Certified Real Estate Instructor), the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), the ePRO (Internet Professional), the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), the RENE (Real Estate Negotiations Expert), the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), and the TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist). All, but the last designation, are nationally recognized designations.

I was graduated from Texas A&M University in 1987 (Whoop!) with a Bachelor of Arts degree! My passion for service and commitment have been lifelong, and pray that it is evident in my results with my clients, felt by my friends, and most importantly, seen in my family, and by my love for God.

Shannon Lester, of the award-winning Lester | Warren Team, has a passion for real estate that dates back as her junior high school years when she loved to accompany her mother touring open houses, and that enthusiasm hasn't diminished one bit. Shannon grew up in the Memorial area of Houston and graduated from Texas Tech University, where she earned a BA in Journalism and Public Relations. She knows the city well and enjoys selling where she grew up, in addition to the Northwest area where she currently lives.

She and her husband, Mark, have two grown children of whom they are very proud, and love doting on their granddaughter. Shannon was particularly gratified when her daughter, Claire Warren, decided to join her in the practice of real estate and form the top-producing Lester | Warren Team.
