Natalie O'Dea is a professional in the real estate industry with a diverse background. Originally from Colorado, she moved to Houston, Texas with her husband, five children and two rescue dogs. She has experienced relocation firsthand and understands the importance of finding the perfect home and neighborhood for clients.





Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and then pursued a career in sales management. For more than a decade, she has held positions as Vice President of Sales and Regional Vice President for Weichert, Coldwell Banker and Berkshire Hathaway. Additionally, she obtained her mortgage loan originator license in Texas and is currently a licensed Realtor.





Currently, Natalie serves as Business Consultant, Agent Coach and Recruiter for Epique Realty and is excited to continue to grow the brand both throughout the United States and Internationally.





Outside of her professional responsibilities, Natalie enjoys watching rugby, traveling and spending time on the beach with her husband.

A native Houstonian, Blanca graduated from Lamar High School in 1994. She attended the University of Houston Downtown where she received a degree in Social Science and took graduate level courses from the University of St. Thomas to obtain a Texas Teaching Certificate. Prior to entering real estate, Blanca taught in Houston ISD for 20 years. This experience has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and being detail oriented. Blanca is a listing specialist currently serving the West Houston Area. Her passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and exceeding her client's expectations.

Jennifer Price Bates, native Houstonian and fourth generation Texan, has deep roots in our beloved city. She has been associated with real estate her whole life watching her father work in the business since she was a child. Jennifer always knew that one day she would follow in her father's footsteps.

Jennifer was recognized as Greenwood King's Top Producer of 2020 and 2021 and Rookie of the Year her first year of business. As well she was also honored as a Top Producer Club Member in 2014. Her positive outlook, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail provide her clients with the utmost respect and dedication they deserve. She is actively involved with the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association of Houston. Jennifer was an active member of the Stratford High School Playhouse Booster Club serving as Booster Club President for 2 years with a total of 4 years serving on the Executive Board. Jennifer was also on the Executive Board for 2 years for the Stratford Spartanaires as the Spring Show Chairman. She has also served on the SHS Choir Booster Club Executive Board for 2 years, involved with SHS PTA, Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS) Leading Ladies as well as a past member of the Junior League of Houston.

Jennifer and her husband Matt have lived in Wilchester for almost 20 years proudly raising their two daughters in the SBISD schools. After graduating Stratford HS, Lindsay graduated from Wright State University earning a BFA in Musical Theatre and Hailey is a rising Sophomore at the University of Georgia pursuing BBA in Accounting and Finance. Along with their Corgi, she enjoys playing tennis, volunteering and being with family and friends.
