Heather received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration from Lamar University. Daniela Santamaria is a dedicated real estate agent serving the Houston and Katy areas. With a marketing degree from the University of Houston, she leverages her extensive knowledge to provide exceptional service to her clients. Daniela is passionate about helping others navigate the real estate market, whether they are investing, buying, leasing, selling, or seeking new construction opportunities.As a multicultural professional, she brings a unique perspective and understanding to her work, ensuring that every client feels supported and informed throughout their real estate journey.

My family moved to the Spring / Klein area in 1980 when I was 7 years old. I graduated from Klein High School in 1992. I moved to Montgomery County in 1999 settling in Imperial Oaks Subdivision off Rayford Rd in Southern Montgomery County where I still live to this day. Raised up 2 Kids who both have Graduated and building their lives. I'm so grateful and proud to be their Dad!!!!



For my entire life I have always never been satisfied with the Status Quo and always wanting to better myself with growth and education. I LOVE to Learn and Serve others and building Lifelong friendships has always been a part of me as I still hang out and talk regularly with my Oldest friends since moving to Spring.

Native Houstonian, Cynthia Bigelow has enjoyed immense success in the real estate world for over 25 years. She has been one of Sotheby's top 500 realtors with millions of dollars in closed sales. Prior to her real estate career, she received a Bachelor of Business degree from Sam Houston State University and began her association with Exxon Chemical Americas in sales. This experience gave her the professional tools with which to build a firm foundation as she embarked on her quest for excellence in real estate.

Named Rookie of the Year, it was evident from the beginning that real estate was the perfect fit for Cynthia. She applies her strong work ethic, self-discipline and extraordinary people skills to every aspect of her profession. A long-standing member of The Circle of Excellence at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty and the prestigious Hall of Fame, Cynthia is known for her innate ability to keep a constant grasp on the ever changing landscape of Houston's real estate market. "Outstanding Volunteer Award" for child advocates, she presently serves on the Guild Board of Friends of Child Advocates as a director-at-large and is active with Victory of the American Cancer Society. Cynthia has lived in the Memorial Villages with her three children for the last 23 years. She embraces the philosophy that business is secondary to the pride she feels regarding family. She enjoys playing golf, exercising and watching her son's sports activities.
