With several years of experience in the Houston and Fulshear luxury home market, my dedication to my profession is relied upon by numerous clients. As a native Houstonian I am recognized as an incredible real estate professional.

I represent clients, buying and selling both new and resale homes. I take my business seriously because I want to ensure my clients have a memorable and stress free experience. I believe it takes a team to deliver such an experience which is why I strive to foster partnerships with all interested parties involved in the process to meet the needs of my client. Some of these partnerships include inspectors, appraisers, title and mortgage companies. I also believe that educating my clients on the home buying process is paramount to a successful transaction.

I know the most important thing I can do for my clients to is listen. I believe in letting my clients guide me by what they say without pressuring them into making a decision. I understand the value of getting to know my clients on a personal level so I can best assist them with their real estate transaction needs.

Bob is a 1989 graduate of Sam Houston State University and obtained his Realtor license in 1999 and his Brokers license in 2014. Leslie is a 1994 graduate of Sam Houston State University and obtained her real estate license in 1998 and her Brokers license in 2009.

Imelda is a native Houstonian with a heart of gold and unbridled enthusiasm. Imelda began working in the property management industry, where she worked for over nine years. Ready for a new challenge, Imelda received her real estate salesperson license and a new passion began. Her experience in property management and familiarity with Houston will be assets to both buyers and sellers.


In her free time, Imelda enjoys spending quality time with her family of 4 children and husband. Imelda is energetic, unforgettable and dedicated to fulfilling your real estate needs.
