Devin joins Norhill Realty with 15 years in sales and customer service. Devin's passion to help others with dedication, integrity, and great communication, has shaped her approach to client service.

Devin grew up in the DFW area. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Communications, she moved to Houston and has made it her home. Currently living in The Heights, Devin has come to appreciate the charm and opportunity this community and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Devin began her career leading a team of recruiters for an international security company. This opened the door for a role at HERC Rentals as an outside sales representative. She then moved to Dyson as a Business Development Executive. These roles allowed Devin to discover, navigate and learn Houston and the greater Houston areas. It also provided her a great foundation in client service, which has translated well to serving the needs of Houston home buyers and sellers.

When Devin is not working she enjoys traveling with her husband, meeting new people, photography and spending time with loved ones. She is actively involved and The American Heart Association..

She makes a point to not only attend all their school and extracurricular sports activities, but also still finds time to partake in a cause that is near and dear to her heart; giving back to her community through various philanthropic services at various organizations. Melina recently became a founding member and serves on the board for the National Organization of Young Men's Service Leagues, which comes as no surprise given her heartfelt passion and benevolence towards others, a trait that her sons have also embraced. In her free time, Melina enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and traveling.

Mahsa has graduated from UHD in International Business and now attending UHLC. Working in Real Estate allows her to meet new people and help them with their transactions. Whether it is Buying, Selling or Leasing, she is there to guide them through the process and make it as smooth as possible. When I think of Milan Aron, I think of someone who is polite, patient, caring, reliable, and the type of person I would want to work with when buying and selling real estate. Born in California and raised in New York, Milan has a knack for unique homes, architecture & design, and the components of developing real estate. Milan's career first started 10 years ago when she moved to Houston, TX and began working for a general contractor, learning the elements of construction. Kiley Rapier is a born and raised Texan except for the four years she spent in Norman, Oklahoma studying Business Marketing at the University of Oklahoma. This is where Kiley began her career in real estate as a Leasing and Marketing Associate for a new-build student housing property that ultimately brought her to Houston post graduation as the Sales and Marketing Manager for another new-build for the University of Houston and Texas Southern University.
