I am originally from Galveston where I spent my first 40 years. After the family business was sold I moved to Houston and began a career as a residential real estate appraiser in the early 1990s. I miss Galveston but still manage to get down there to see family and friends from time to time. I enjoy walking along the seawall and on a beautiful day look out over the water and watch the porpoises playing in the distance. I'll let you in on a little secret. I know this sounds crazy but I miss the smell of seaweed. I must really be a Galvestonian at heart. Right? In the late 1990s I transitioned from residential to appraising commercial real estate and traveled all over the country doing so. In 2015 I decided again to make a career change. After spending over 20 years as a Real Estate appraiser, I decided to end that chapter of my life and transition to selling real estate. Based on my background of over 25 years in real estate, I am able to assist my clients in determining a reasonable market value of their property and selling or purchasing it at the best possible price.
