I have also been a part of the real estate/mortgage industry collectively for 12 years. My husband Dax Riley who is also a native Houstonian, has been in the business for over 18 years. Stephanie is the Lead Buyers Agent with Main Haven Group, who services not only Houston's thriving Inner Loop, but she specializes in the Suburbs on the outskirts of our sprawling city. Stephanie says she believes the most important aspect of Real Estate is Empathy; Understanding each client's unique lifestyle, commitments, and getting to know them on a personal level are essential in cultivating the balanced relationship it takes to have a successful transaction. Stephanie was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. This makes her not only a Fort Bend County native, but a Houston Area expert, where she resides with her husband, their daughter Charlotte, and their beloved pets. When she's not actively helping her clients along their Real Estate journey, Stephanie embraces an active lifestyle. You can find her riding her bike through the trails of one of Houston's many parks, lifting weights at the gym, at a museum with her daughter, or simply checking out one of Houston's newest restaurants.

While my formal education is in Social Work and Psychology, I was fortunate enough to work in the Space Program for 25 years before my career ended immediately following the last Shuttle flight. It was truly a sad day for many of us but as they say, life must go on!

As much as I loved the Space Industry, real estate has turned out to be a second passion for me and I was thrilled when I got an opportunity to get involved. Prior to getting my license I spent three years working as an assistant in a real estate and property management office and knew I was in the right place.

As I enter my 10th year as a licensed agent, I can honestly say this is one of the best jobs anyone could be lucky enough to have. I have learned so much in such a short time and look forward to continuing that journey.

The majority of my listings have sold within the first couple of weeks and I have successfully represented some wonderful buyers in the purchase of a new home. I'm attributing much of this to a fantastic and dynamic market but hopefully my guidance and expertise played a small part.

When I bought my first home over 30 years ago, my realtor was a very successful and extremely busy lady, but always made me feel as if I was her only client. If my clients feel that same dedication from me, I will have considered myself a success. I have recently completed my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) as well as my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certifications to even better assist my clients with their real estate needs.
