Working in sales, finance, and real estate for decades has cultivated her dynamic network of exceptional professionals. When she isn't negotiating or hunting for properties, C.J. is usually recharging at home with her family, and if the timing is right, sipping an earthy cab. Community involvement is always a priority since Houston has so richly blessed her life.

"Hard work will get you where you want to be," says Charis Smith. Charis learned that life lesson at an early age when, as one of three concurrent jobs, she worked as a steamer in women's apparel at the Dallas Market Center. She stuck with it and worked her way up, becoming a full-time manager and assistant buyer. "Looking back, I love that I started that way," she says. "It taught me all sides of the business and I was able and willing to do more than the average manager." After 10 years in the retail industry, Charis decided to transition into real estate sales, a career change that capitalized on her marketing and customer service expertise. "I chose to work at Greenwood King Properties because it's a local, woman-owned business with a 'team-player' atmosphere that I very much respect." Patience is one of Charis's virtues and being of service to others gives her joy and purpose. She sources her business through a network of personal and professional contacts, social media, hand-written letters, and neighborhood flyers. She especially enjoys helping first-time home buyers find the right neighborhood with the right house, and growing families to sell their home and find "the next step up." Born in Houston, Charis attended Memorial High School and earned a degree in business management from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. She has volunteered for several charities including Triumph Over Kid Cancer and the American Cancer Society. When not working, Charis enjoys sewing, home design projects, time with her family and friends, and yoga and other physical activities.

Heidi Carrasco grew up in the Southeast side of Houston. She has lived in Houston the majority of her life and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate.

Stacey Davis is a native Houstonian with great knowledge of the city and its surroundings. She graduated from the University of Houston (go Coogs!) with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management. Stacey began her 9 year career as a Procurement Specialist in the oil and gas industry. Her extensive background in procurement has provided her with effective communication, negotiation, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and an emphasis on building genuine relationships that has helped guide Stacey to succeed in her new career in real estate. She is committed to providing the same and highest level of integrity and positivity to all of her clients.

Stacey's number one priority is for her clients to feel comfortable and have a positive, stress-free experience. Stacey is newly married to her lovely husband, Trey and recently purchased their first home together. In her free time; she loves a good lagree workout, playing catch and long walks with her mini aussie (Wayne), riding bikes, brunch, creating art, cooking, and continuously updating her new home.
