Prior to Winhill Advisors he worked as a Financial Analyst for a private equity firm, specializing in real estate valuation and acquisition analysis. Tyler obtained his Texas Brokers License in 2012 and holds both the series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He received his Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas State University.

Growing up as a child on Vashon Island she knew at a young age her life would be serving others. She listed and sold Real Estate for 9 years in Seattle earning top 10% awards at John L Scott Real Estate year over year. She has forever given the credit for success to her past clients and their repeat referrals over the years. Brenda went into mortgage lending for the next 21 years. Always missing the Real Estate business she decided to return to Real Estate after relocating to Houston in 2018.
