“The most rewarding aspect of my job is making sure that the purchase or sell process is as challenge-free as possible for my clients,” Kaki says. “I love assisting sellers to stage and edit their homes prior to putting them on the market, and finding the ‘perfect’ home that meets all of a buyer’s requirements is just the best.”
A native of Amarillo, Kaki graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in education and minors in English, history and geology. She moved to Houston and settled in the Houston Heights where she sold residential real estate. Kaki moved into investment banking and traded fixed-income structured products for institutional sales teams, a career that she pursued successfully for more than 20 years. She returned to selling residential real estate more than a decade ago and is a proven top producer.
“When I re-entered real estate sales, I knew I wanted to work with Greenwood King Properties,” Kaki says. “My husband and I purchased and sold several houses with GK over the years and were impressed with their consistent service, professionalism, and the upscale, boutique mind-set of the company.”
Kaki’s interest in architecture and design was kindled by her husband, architect Tom Vallee. Tom studied at the University of Houston and had the good fortune to be mentored by noted architects Burdette Keeland and Howard Barnstone.
Kaki is a member of Rice Design Alliance, Houston Mod, and Daughters of the American Revolution. She and Tom enjoy attending AIA and RDA lectures, and traveling in the United States and abroad with RDA tours. Kaki loves hiking, biking, and visiting museums and botanical gardens. An avid gardener, she relaxes by tending her flower and vegetable gardens and “hanging out with the peacocks.”

Raised in a real estate family in Houston, Texas, Natalie Murgia graduated from the University of Texas in Austin. She pursued a career in real estate and holds her clients' hands throughout the transaction. They have described her as an extended family member who listens to their vision and invests in them. Facilitators monitor, nurture, and manage environments in order to have their agendas fulfilled. I am hands-on and physically engage in my environment in order to achieve my agenda. I have a natural ability to work hard and smart. I have the ability to physically execute a task, or to create an environment, or facilitate a system to accomplish the task for you.
My motto is, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going, and when the going gets tougher, the tough work harder". My solution in nearly every situation is to work harder, and yet I also have the ability to work smart.
I am not a traditional salesperson. I am not easily forced, coerced or manipulated, and I will not do this to other people. In fact, this is deeply offensive to me. On the contrary, I work hard to create an environment for others to make their own decisions. I will counsel, advise or give input only
