Hello, my name is Thann Soun. I would like to share a little background of myself and why I've decided to become a realtor. My parents migrated in 1984 to the U.S. from Cambodia with no family. As many of you can relate, wanting to live in America is the DREAM. I have a huge family (2 brothers and 7 sisters). We started the legacy for my parents, which includes my nieces and nephews. I'm a mother to a daughter and a son who are amazing and smart. Finally, an amazing partner who supports me in every aspect of my life. In my career journey, I have 20 plus years of working in various business industries including construction, medical, retail, non-profit, and oil and gas. I've held all positions in the Customer Service realm, whether external or internal. I'm a firm believer in strong customer service and always will ensure my clients have priority. Tracy has been a resident of the Cypress area for 15+ years. In her spare time, she follows her daughters college volleyball career, her older sons college track career and her younger sons high school football career.

Raevonne, originally from Minnesota, has called Houston, Texas home for the past 18 years. Growing up immersed in the world of McDonald's, she has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Raevonne is a serial entrepreneur with a keen focus on all things real estate. She leads a successful real estate team and owns a construction company, specializing in selling properties for higher returns. Her passion lies in ensuring buyers enter transactions with minimal financial burden and are well-informed throughout the process. As a mentor, Raevonne has coached numerous investors to financial success, leveraging her extensive knowledge of the real estate market. She actively invests in real estate herself, consistently flipping double-digit properties annually and developing at least 10 properties per quarter. Beyond her personal ventures, Raevonne is dedicated to community development, spearheading projects in multiple cities to build fire stations, training facilities, and strip centers. Despite facing health challenges such as a brain tumor and blood clots, Raevonne attributes her resilience and recovery to her faith, self-love, and the support of her family.
