Arrived in American in 1999 from the UK with a bachelors degree working in corporate America for 2 decades I decided to follow my passion which is Real Estate and became a Texas Real Estate agent in 2011. Familiar with the Houston market I have over a decade of experience in the following areas: New Home Buyers, Investors, VA buyers, Property Management experience, Commercial Warehouses, and flipping homes. I reside in North East Houston TX, where my family and I enjoy the outdoors, camping, fishing, bike riding and making friends.

I advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties. I estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis. I develop business networks and collaborate with contractors, mortgage lenders, and attorneys. I have expert knowledge regarding real estate best practices, market standards, mortgage financing, and all buying ,selling and rental considerations.

My name is Jim Pongrass, I was born in Cleveland Ohio, moved to Australia for a few years, lived briefly in New Orleans, moved to Houston in mid 70's, grew up in Katy and lived here ever since.

I've been working in real estate for 6 years as a REALTOR and investor. While I am open to many surrounding areas of Houston, I am most familiar with Katy, Spring, Klein, Tomball, Magnolia, Conroe, Woodlands, Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood, New Caney and the many areas in between.
