Talley Mayes is a native Texan and moved to Houston from Lake Charles, LA in 1964. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and studied marketing at The University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to joining Greenwood King, she worked in mortgage banking and then as a Relocation Consultant, administering the corporate relocation benefits for large corporations serving domestic and International clients.

Her vast experience in the mortgage and relocation industries provide the perfect backdrop to her transition into real estate. She understands the importance of building trust and supporting her clients' needs with strong market knowledge and negotiation skills.
