I was licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission in 2007 and became an active agent in 2011.

I received my Associates of Applied Science Degree in Real Estate from San Jacinto College in December 2016. I earned my Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) and New Home Construction (NHC) Certification in June of 2017. I earned my VA Certified Agent Certification in November of 2018. I earned my Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) Certification in March of 2019. I earned my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification in April of 2019. I earned my At Home with Diversity (AHWD) Certification in June of 2021. I earned my e-Pro Certification in July of 2021. I earned my Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS) in May of 2022.

A native Houstonian, Amber Griffin is familiar with all areas of the Greater Houston Area. A graduate of Jersey Village High School, she then attended Sam Houston State University. She spent many years excelling in industrial and corporate sales before embarking on a career in residential real estate sales.

After obtaining her Real Estate License in 2002, Amber started her career with Ross Dunn Realty before she accepted an invitation to join The David Young Team in 2007. As a native Houstonian, Steve Sullivan practically grew up in the local real estate industry. While working in his family's business, he developed a passion for real estate. Approximately seventeen years ago, Steve obtained his real estate license.
