Soo Kim truly knows the city she loves and calls home, having been a resident of Houston since the age of one. Soo believes Houston’s warm and friendly community, urban culture, strong local economy, and solid housing market make it one of the best cities in the US to live, work and play. She enjoys keeping on top of her community by staying knowledgeable about new developments, experiencing both new and well-established restaurants and social spots, and likes to stay in the know about the neat little places to go for everyday living.

Soo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in MIS and a Masters in IT, where she worked as a Systems Developer for fortune 500 companies like Deloitte and AIG. Her corporate background has instilled a high sense of professionalism in matters of attitude, meeting deadlines, responding to a highly demanding environment, and acting responsibly for the sake of her clients. Soo understands the possible complications and emotional stress involved when buying or selling a home. For those reasons, she combines her professional experiences, as well as personal care, to provide the best service while ensuring a smooth transaction.
Soo is an avid participant in charitable organizations and has participated in numerous humanitarian efforts which include helping orphans suffering from HIV/AIDS in Thailand and serving people lacking education and undergoing poverty in Afghanistan. In addition to offering aid abroad, Soo also enjoys supporting local and national charities by participating in various marathons, triathlons, and bike tours annually.
Soo currently lives in the Heights area with her husband, 3 children, and two Shih Tzus.
Soo has a Broker's license in Texas. She has both an Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR) and Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designations and maintains memberships with the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), Manhattan Association of Realtors (MANA ), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

When not working, Betty, a high-rise condominium resident, spends as much time as possible with her son and grandsons. She enjoys at the beach or in the mountains, exercises, reads, and listens to music.
