My name is Swee. I moved to Texas after obtaining my Industrial Engineering degree from University of Oklahoma. Since 1997 I have been working in the construction business in both residential and commercial. Housing and Real estate are always my passion. Remya initially honed her caring, empathetic style working in the medical field, and she furthered her real estate expertise as a member of one of Houston's top-producing teams. Remya has lived in Houston for three decades and currently resides in Sugar Land's First Colony community with her husband, three young sons and a happily lazy Pointer mix named Dottie. When she's not working hard for clients, she can be found spending time with family and friends, traveling and enjoying the local dining scene.

Since 1974, I have lived in Houston and various suburbs. In 2001, I graduated with honors from Prairie View A&M with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to real estate, I worked in the oil and gas industry for 15 years for the following companies: ExxonMobil, BP, Oasis, and Oxy. Although in real estate, an engineering degree is not required, my engineering knowledge aids in successful buying and selling negotiations.

My Mission Statement:
I pledge to constantly communicate with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the home buying or selling process. If my clients do not have a fantastic experience, I haven't done my job. I don't measure success through achievements or awards but the satisfaction of my clients. My clients always come first!

Renee has 25 years' experience in residential and commercial real estate. Renee served ten years as Leasing Director & Manager for a leading Houston based Multi-family Corporation where she gained core customer service, marketing, contracts, and management skills. Over the past 15 years Renee has focused her efforts on Master Planned Communities along with lifestyle properties involved in new home, land, and resale properties further building her knowledge and receiving master sales training in marketing, construction & development, design, contract negotiation, and customer service.

As a REALTOR®, Renee is passionate, customer focused, dedicated and detail oriented.
