Debbie is a first-generation American from a real estate family in Mexico who continues the family business tradition here in Texas. She earned a degree in Management and minored in International Business from the University of Houston - Downtown. After working as a litigation paralegal, Debbie ventured into real estate full-time during the Covid-19 pandemic, focusing on residential resale, new construction homes, condominiums, and townhomes. She founded AirMGT, a property management company for short-term rentals.

Debbie's commitment to operating with integrity, honesty, and a focus on building relationships has earned her a reputation for excellence. She has helped many clients save money on their real estate transactions by guiding them through the purchase and re-sale of their homes. Her clients are consistently happy with her services, and most of her business comes from word of mouth. Maria is a sales agent results/outcome oriented, very organized and easy going personality with an exceptional ability to listen her clients needs. Maria is an Information Technology Engineer. She has natural talent in building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams and instilling accountability, customer focus, and commitment to top-notch quality, resilient, able to manage challenges. Living as an expat overseas and moved several times gave her a deep understanding of the challenges of buying/selling/renting properties within time pressure.   Bilingual in English and Spanish. Maria loves crafting and has a small handmade jewelry online store, outdoor sports and is an enthusiastic runner.

As CEO/Broker and Past President of the American Society of Interior Design, Laurie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Coton House Realty firm she has formed. After graduating from the University of Texas/Austin with a degree in business and a degree in interior design from the Houston Art Institute, Laurie embarked on her design career by purchasing and renovating homes for resale throughout the Houston area.

She soon discovered that proficiency as a licensed realtor complemented her design skills. As a 3rd generation Houstonian who has lived and worked in the inner loop for 35 years, she knows the city and surrounding suburbs intimately well and decided to combine her design expertise with real estate. Her role as Managing Broker for a local boutique real estate agency opened new horizons for combining real estate, design and remodeling services under the umbrella of Coton House Realty.

Laurie and her family are advocates of rescued animals. She also enjoys butterfly gardening, travel as time permits, reading, exploring the new coffee shops and restaurants for which Houston is well-known and, most of all, spending time with family and pets.
