As a native Houstonian, Joe Lucia, Jr. not only understands Houston, he understands the value of quality service. Licensed since 1972, Joe first became interested in the real estate business while purchasing homes and remodeling them for resale. Joe's own personal standards for professionalism brought him to John Daugherty Realtors in 1993.
Raised in the inner loop area of Houston, Joe says he specializes in relationships. He works the central area of Houston with clients who respect his knowledge and prove that respect by repeat business and consistent referrals. Because he has spent a lifetime in Houston, Joe is a knowledgeable real estate veteran who enjoys his career and enjoys helping people.
Joe graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Finance and Accounting. While attending UT, Joe was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. When Joe returned to Houston he worked with his father in the several ventures including his highly regarding restaurant Rudi's located on Post Oak in Houston's Galleria area.
Joe lives by his standards including his faith, his family, and his career. Married to his sweetheart, originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Joe has three children. Much of his personal time revolves around his children's activities. For five years, Joe has coached little league baseball for his son in the Braes Bayou area. He supported his, now 20 year old daughter, by joining the Dad's Club at Episcopal High School.
In support of Houston, Joe has been a long time volunteer for the world renowned Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He has worked on the Breeders and Greeters committee for more than 10 years.
Besides enjoying the challenges of real estate, Joe likes to spend time on several of his favorite sporting activities include hunting for both deer and turkey. He also enjoys wait and bay fishing. Additionally, he and his family travel to different spots in Colorado to participate in snow skiing.
Scott Landreth is a proven, award-winning real estate professional who consistently ranks among his company’s top producers every year. Outgoing and accessible, Scott enjoys the variety of people and transactions characteristic of residential real estate. “It’s not about finding a house as quickly as possible and moving on to the next ‘deal’,” Scott says. “It’s about helping people solve a housing problem. Because I do real estate everyday and my clients don’t, I am with them every step of the way as a strong advocate. My market knowledge, negotiation skills, and contract strategies serve them well to get through the process. I’ve been complimented many times on my ability to make things proceed smoothly even in the face of adversity, and I’m fortunate to receive a lot of referrals.”
Previous clients are happy to acknowledge Scott’s hard work and expertise. One wrote, “We started as clients and ended up as friends. Scott understood our needs and managed to take us through each step of the process – despite being six time zones and 5000 miles away!” Another stated, “People like Scott do make a difference and not just in his line of business. We found him to be extremely open and direct. He listened to our needs.” And a final testament, “Scott is a superstar, and if we ever move again, Scott is our man.”
Scott brings a diverse entrepreneurial and financial background to his real estate career: Contract Coordinator for foreign military sales at McDonnell Douglas Corporation; Director of Project Finance for a real estate development company; PC Software Developer for his own copyright; Director of Information Technology for a multinational consulting firm; and owner/operator of a title search company for 12 years. “All of this groomed me well to become a successful real estate professional, having dealt with contracts, financing and title issues,” Scott says. “Real estate is the only profession I know which makes full use of my knowledge and experience.”
Born in Washington, D.C., Scott spent the first half of his life abroad in Europe, Asia and Africa. He returned to the United States and earned a degree in Finance from New York University. “My extensive overseas travels and fluency in French give me a world view which enables me to identify with people from all walks of life, cultures, and socio-economic levels,” Scott points out. A resident of the Memorial area, Scott assists buyers and sellers in many neighborhoods across the Greater Houston area.
When not working, Scott enjoys boating (sail or motor), going to restaurants, and cooking. He is the father of an adult son who attended St Francis Episcopal School, Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, and the University of Texas at Austin.

“Working with Creston and Holly made the purchase of my first home a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Creston literally assisted me throughout all aspects of the transaction: from the identification of various homes that fit my desired location, style, and cost parameters, to recommending potential lenders and inspectors and so forth, to professionally dealing with a somewhat combative and adversarial seller, to following up with me during and after my move. The seller's agent even made it a point to positively comment to me on Creston's abilities as a Realtor. Creston demonstrated a strong, comprehensive grasp of the various nuances of home ownership and could explain them to me in a manner that was logical and understandable. I have and will continue to recommend the IndyQuest team to anyone seeking a pleasant real estate transaction.” Scott E., Houston, TX
"Holly and Creston have been the most proficient Realtors I have worked with in 7 moves across 5 states. Their persistence and constant updates ensured me that I was always in good hands. They were active in all phases of the listing, marketing and sale and truly had my best interests at heart. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality Realtor in the Houston market."
